The natural color of Tungsten is gray. The black color on all Tungsten rings are ion plated and will scratch if exposed to abrasives. Extra care needs to be taken with all plated rings to minimize scratching.
All personalized rings cannot be exchanged/returned. All of my Tungsten rings are a comfort fit style, resulting in a very comfortable fit. I highly recommend going to at least 3 reputable jewelers to get measured for a comfort fit band. It would be best to ask to try on some "comfort fit" bands for the most accurate size.
***The TUNGSTEN mark is on the inside of the band for authenticity.***

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
